How to meet our airport representative
Please keep these instructions ready after landing. There are two separate airport processes: completing arrival formalities, then bringing the driver through the controlled vehicle pickup area.
The representative calls the driver forward. Airport security and controlled vehicle access can require a short operational wait.
Collect your luggage
Complete passport control, collect all checked baggage and pass through customs.
Proceed to Exit Gate 13
Follow the terminal signs to Exit Gate 13 in the arrivals area.
Find the M-55 Meeting Point
Look for the official M-55 sign and go directly to that meeting desk.
Ask for your reservation name
Tell the representative the lead passenger name. The assigned representative—often Onur from our meet-and-greet team—will check the name and booking details before escorting you onward.
The driver is called to the pickup area
After your name is verified, the representative contacts the assigned driver. The driver completes the airport security process and enters the permitted pickup area; the representative then escorts you to the vehicle.
Your vehicle is already positioned at the airport
We position the assigned vehicle at the airport in advance—normally around one hour before the expected pickup. Vehicles are not allowed to wait continuously at the terminal door. After your name is verified at M-55, airport security and controlled vehicle access can take approximately 10–15 minutes. This normal wait does not mean that your vehicle is late or absent. Please remain with the representative and keep WhatsApp available.

After baggage collection, meet at the TÜRSAB Meeting Point. Your final booking confirmation includes the exact meeting details for your service.
Important: Only follow the instructions in your written booking confirmation and verify your reservation name before leaving the meeting point.
