No misleading name-sign promise: personalized name signs are not permitted at the standard IST meeting process. After customs, go to Exit Gate 13 and the M-55 Meeting Point, where the representative verifies your booking name and calls the driver forward.

Passport control, baggage delivery and customs can take about one hour or longer. We monitor your flight and plan for this.
Your representative calls the driver forward. Security checks and controlled vehicle access can take 5–25 minutes depending on airport checkpoints and traffic flow. Your car is positioned in the airport area in advance; this short wait is normal airport procedure.

Common central-Istanbul transfers vary widely with traffic, often around 45–90 minutes. No fixed journey time can be guaranteed.

Suitable for individuals, families and groups. Luggage determines capacity; request a Sprinter for larger parties and a child seat in advance.
Payment, confirmation & cancellation
Your request is reviewed before it becomes a confirmed booking. Cash in EUR, USD, TRY or GBP is preferred; card payment at the office POS normally carries the bank’s approximately 5–7% processing fee. Unless your written quote states a stricter supplier term, cancellation at least 24 hours before service is refundable. Yacht, special vehicle, ticket and third-party activity bookings may have separate conditions, which are shown before payment.
No compulsory shopping—ever
There are no required carpet, leather, jewelry, spice or souvenir stops. A shop, market or workshop is included only when it is part of the advertised subject or you ask for it. You are always free to leave without buying.
