Meeting & pickup
The standard meeting is at the agreed Galataport terminal/MacroCenter point after you exit the controlled passenger area. We send exact instructions with confirmation.
Tickets
Tickets are separate. We recommend only the interiors that realistically fit your port window and confirm current official booking options in advance.
Duration & walking
Commonly 4–8 hours depending on ship schedule. Walking varies from 3–7 km; vehicle service reduces transfers but not all historic-site walking.
Suitability & accessibility
Suitable for cruise guests, families and private groups. Guests with mobility needs should book an adapted route and, if required, a lift vehicle well in advance.
Payment, confirmation & cancellation
Your request is reviewed before it becomes a confirmed booking. Cash in EUR, USD, TRY or GBP is preferred; card payment at the office POS normally carries the bank’s approximately 5–7% processing fee. Unless your written quote states a stricter supplier term, cancellation at least 24 hours before service is refundable. Yacht, special vehicle, ticket and third-party activity bookings may have separate conditions, which are shown before payment.
No compulsory shopping—ever
There are no required carpet, leather, jewelry, spice or souvenir stops. A shop, market or workshop is included only when it is part of the advertised subject or you ask for it. You are always free to leave without buying.
Know before you go
- Provide ship name, scheduled docking and all-aboard time.
- The route may be shortened if disembarkation is delayed.
- No operator can control ship, traffic, security or official-site delays.
- Passport and ship-card requirements remain the guest’s responsibility.

We plan a conservative return buffer and actively manage the day, but events outside our control cannot be guaranteed. Following the guide’s timing is essential.

Can we visit both continents?
Sometimes on a long call with a vehicle, but the Old City is usually a better first-visit priority.
What if the ship arrives late?
