Meeting & pickup
The exact pier depends on yacht and date. We send a map pin, vessel details and contact number after confirmation; guests must arrive on time because late arrival may reduce cruise duration.
Tickets
No attraction ticket is needed. Pier fees and standard route fuel are included only as stated in the yacht confirmation.
Duration & walking
Standard cruises are commonly 2 hours. Boarding involves a gangway/steps and the vessel moves with wake and weather.
Suitability & accessibility
Suitable for couples, families and private celebrations. Guests with reduced mobility, infants or motion sensitivity must provide details so the vessel can be checked.
Payment, confirmation & cancellation
Your request is reviewed before it becomes a confirmed booking. Cash in EUR, USD, TRY or GBP is preferred; card payment at the office POS normally carries the bank’s approximately 5–7% processing fee. Unless your written quote states a stricter supplier term, cancellation at least 24 hours before service is refundable. Yacht, special vehicle, ticket and third-party activity bookings may have separate conditions, which are shown before payment.
No compulsory shopping—ever
There are no required carpet, leather, jewelry, spice or souvenir stops. A shop, market or workshop is included only when it is part of the advertised subject or you ask for it. You are always free to leave without buying.

- Route and sailing are subject to captain, coast-guard, weather and maritime traffic decisions.
- Sunset color and visibility cannot be guaranteed.
- Outside food, alcohol, music and decoration rules vary by vessel.
- Maximum capacity depends on the exact licensed yacht.

What happens in bad weather?
The captain decides whether operation is safe. The confirmed weather/cancellation terms apply; light rain alone may not cancel sailing.
Can we bring food or alcohol?
Only with prior vessel approval. Catering and corkage conditions vary.
Where do we board?
At the pier shown in your final confirmation, not a generic citywide meeting point.
